Due to the perishable nature of our freshly roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on whole bean or ground coffee; however, we are committed to ensuring you love every brew and will resolve any issues with equipment or apparel.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer experience team within 30 days of your purchase with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

    Review Eligibility

    Our team will verify if the item is a non-perishable product, such as brewing gear or merchandise, which must be in its original, unused packaging.

    Ship Your Item

    Once approved, securely package your item and use the provided return shipping label to send the package back to our roasting facility.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
